Freedom Festival issues call for boat builders --
builders of cardboard boats - UPDATED INFO
 
     Cedar Rapids, IA – February 15, 2010 – Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival issued an early "heads up" to boat builders – CARDBOARD boats – for the 2010 Freedom Festival Cardboard Boat Regatta.  The regatta is scheduled for June 27 at Robbins Lake in Ellis Park.
     Details about forms and guidelines will be forthcoming and we anticipate being able to have both online for 2010.
