Produced by the Cedar Rapids Public LibraryChildren in preschool through age 12 are invited to make sailboats from milk cartons (all materials are supplied). After creating their sailing crafts, children sail their vessels in water courses using their own wind power.
All children receive prizes and those witht he fastest times in several categories receive t-shirts.
