Pick up a registration form at the Alliant Energy Tower, Freedom Festival office or area sporting goods stores; download a form at www.cvra.net; or register online at www.active.com .

Packet pick-up and late registration at Crowne Plaza Five Seasons Hotel, 350 1st Av NE, on 7/3 from 11 AM to 6 PM, and on race morning.
