Join us for free, family-friendly entertainment at Lowe Park with Brulé, a Native American experience in sight, sound and soul. Brulé has pushed the boundaries of contemporary Native American rhythms and classic rock in their genre-blending selections. Guests should bring their own chair/blankets for seating. Guests are welcome to bring food and/or drink, but food vendors will be onsite to purchase from.
All vendor registrations are subject to approval by UI Trademark Licensing. Only licensees in good standing will be approved.
Each year thousands of Eastern Iowa residents and visitors join together to celebrate our nation’s birthday by enjoying the many events and activities of the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival. More than 400,000 area residents and visitors attend the Freedom Festival each year. The Freedom Festival begins in June and culminates with the annual Celebration of Freedom Fireworks on July 4th.
