The Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival is excited to announce that Balloon Glow will be held at the Sinclair Levy!
Watch the sun go down on at the SInclair Levy, listening to the tunes and enjoying time with friends and family. The balloons will enter just before dusk on trailers, the balloonists will then raise them up to glow - balloons typically do not take off at this event. The purpose is to enjoy the "glow" and, once it is safe, the caution tape is removed and patrons are able to get up close and personal with these amazing balloons and the balloonists as well!
Our performer this year is Alisabeth Von Presley.
Rain date is Thursday, June 27, 2019.
