The Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival is excited to continue for a 3rd year, the Military Tribute Banner Program, proudly sponsored by Hills Bank! These full color banners will showcase veterans and active duty military personnel on select light poles throughout downtown Cedar Rapids during the summer of 2023!

The cost of each banner is $250 by check and $256 if paying by Credit Card, which includes the design and printing of the banner, installation, maintenance and gift to recipient at the end of the display period. Each banner is double-sided, full color, and custom-made with the name, years of service, nominee (or corporate logo), and the image of the honoree (provided by the applicant.)  A map of where each Veteran’s banner will be listed below.

Recipients will receive banner at the end of the display period. Banners are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
