The Freedom Festival prides itself on offering events all throughout the corridor at different venues.
Parking varies depending on the event and venue. Handicapped parking will always be designated near the entrances.
Typically for our larger events, we will have golf carts available to help transport individuals to and from the parking areas.
All vendor registrations are subject to approval by UI Trademark Licensing. Only licensees in good standing will be approved.
Each year thousands of Eastern Iowa residents and visitors join together to celebrate our nation’s birthday by enjoying the many events and activities of the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival. More than 400,000 area residents and visitors attend the Freedom Festival each year. The Freedom Festival begins in June and culminates with the annual Celebration of Freedom Fireworks on July 4th.
