Patriotic Porch Contest

LINN COUNTY RESIDENTS & BUSINESSES:

Decorate your porch, yard or storefront to
celebrate the 4th of July and you could win!

Register by submitting a photo of your home or business to info@freedomfestival.com. Don’t forget to include your name and address. All participants will need to display the provided yard sign. Cash prizes for most creative, fun and patriotic decor will be awarded.

PRIZES INCLUDE:
1st Place ($500 CASH)
2nd Place ($250 CASH)
Judges Choice ($250 CASH)

Photos will be posted on social media for fan favorite votes. Judging will take place the week of June 28th and will consist of a panel of judges from the Freedom Festival and Skogman Realty. Winners will be announced July 4th on the Freedom Festival Facebook Page!

Registration will open June 14th through June 27th.
To register, you must include a picture with your email submission.

Each year thousands of Eastern Iowa residents and visitors join together to celebrate our nation’s birthday by enjoying the many events and activities of the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival. More than 400,000 area residents and visitors attend the Freedom Festival each year. The Freedom Festival begins in June and culminates with the annual Celebration of Freedom Fireworks on July 4th.
