The Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival board and staff takes pride in highlighting local business at all of our applicable produced (starred) events. Our vendors are tenured with the festival, and local to the Corridor.

If you are interested in being considered for Freedom Festival vending, please submit the following requirements for consideration:

• Vendor must be local (30-mile radius from Cedar Rapids)
• Vendor must have 1 reference letter attached with submission

PLEASE NOTE: Food/Activity Vendors ONLY – NO garb or merchandise booths are EVER accepted

Affiliated events (non-starred) may offer additional vending opportunities. These events are all independently driven and individually regulated. Please refer to the producing agency for any affiliated event vending applications – this includes anything pertaining to BBQ Roundup. BBQ Roundup is produced by Venuworks Cedar Rapids. Please contact them with any inquiries pertaining to BBQ Roundup.
