The Freedom Festival is a week-long celebration leading up to the Fourth of July, bringing the Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas together through a variety of events each summer. Throughout the festival, we offer opportunities for local businesses and organizations to connect with thousands of attendees.

For 2027, we are offering two vendor booth options:

Market Vendors = Selling handmade items, merchandise, specialty goods, food products, and more

Community Booths = Non-selling organizations and businesses providing information, resources, or community outreach

If you're interested in participating as a vendor at one of our events, please complete the application form below. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Freedom Festival's vendor terms and conditions, as well as any event-specific requirements. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, as all applications are subject to review and approval.
