Alan Kasal

MARINE CORPS
1985 - 1992

Alan graduated from BGM High School, Brooklyn, Iowa in 1985 and joined the United States Marine Corp from 1985-1992.  He trained as an aircraft bomber technician.  He also served overseas in Okinawa as a radar technician for  ANTPS1 Delta radar systems.  After his enlistment Alan worked for surveillance and security equipment companies installing and repairing equipment for commercial and residential customers.  He lived and worked in the Chicago, Illinois area.  He was a fun loving guy who like to be with friends and family. He was a Packers fan and liked muscle cars, his last being 2018 Dodge Challenger.  Alan died in December 2020 of advanced heart failure. He is survived by his ex-wife Neva and two children, Brian Kasal and Marie Kasal.  He is remembered by his siblings Susan Stinson, Dale Kasal, Mark Kasal and Sara Why.  Many nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews also survive him.
