Affiliated Events are planned and hosted by outside organizations during the Freedom Festival season. While these events are not produced by the Freedom Festival team, they share in the spirit of celebration and are included in our official calendar.

• Affiliated Events give local groups the opportunity to showcase their own traditions while being part of the larger Festival experience.

• Organization will produce event without The Freedom Festival, and Festival has no involvement with associated event expenses, sponsorship, or revenue generated.

• Freedom Festival will market the event as an Affiliated Event during the months of June and July,

  • Including:

    • Printed in our guide as an affiliated event.

    • Listed on our affiliated events page with a description of your event.

    • A link to your website from our calendar page

    • Social Media calendar post the week of your event

    • Social Media post when you announce your event with images provided by your organization.

    • One Gazette ad with all Partnered and Affiliated events listed.

    • Other advertising where our guide calendar is featured.

• When advertising, please list as “Freedom Festival Affiliated Event”

• Freedom Festival will provide 2026 Freedom Festival Affiliated Event graphic to add to your marketing.
