• We share cost, sponsorships, and profit as agreed upon.

• Freedom Festival will market this event as one of their events during the festival.

  • Including but not limited to:

    • Printed in our guide calendar.

    • Webpage on our site with detailed information about the event.

    • Social media posts

    • Facebook Event page

    • Print ads in The Gazette.

    • Possible TV spots (Everyday Iowa, and KCRG commercials).

    • News releases to all area news providers.

    • Additional forms of advertising.

• Freedom Festival will be present at the event with staff and volunteers to help produce and run the event.

• Freedom Festival reserves the right to sell buttons at partnered event as well as the possibility of the event being a buttoned entry, as agreed upon between the organizations.

• Preplanning committee meetings leading up to the event between Freedom Festival and partnered organization, as well as a wrap up meeting after the event.
