Gift a Military Tribute Banner to a veteran in need! Support this program be allowing a veteran to be honored that might not financially be able to pay the banner fee. Veterans will be selected from a pool of nominated veterans that will not have to pay to be honored! Banners will hang in downtown Cedar Rapids during June, July, and August. After the banner is taken down, there is the option of keeping the banner or donating it to the veteran or family of the veteran honored as keepsake.
